Research reports and strategy credits are digital products delivered immediately. As per Indian consumer protection rules for digital goods, refunds are not provided once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
If a purchased report or credit was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the billing cycle. Annual subscriptions: refund of unused months (after 30 days) at our discretion.
