As required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Botzify has designated a Grievance Officer to address any complaints related to our services.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days. For unresolved complaints, users may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under applicable law.
